Exports temporarily failed from pla-zfs5

At approximately 11am on Wednesday July 29, system changes induced inconsistent behavior in PetaLibrary allocation exports from pla-zfs5. The primary symptom was that allocations hosted on this host were unavailable on some nodes. No data loss occurred. Remediation took place Wednesday and today (Thursday, July 30).

We believe this issue has now been resolved. We will perform more intensive tests at the upcoming RC planned maintenance event to ensure system stability. Please reach out to rc-help for assistance if needed.
